Your love story, your way
I would love for you to describe to me your dream wedding. Is it a tent full of fresh greens and chandeliers hanging overhead? Is it rows of eclectic chairs for your ceremony and boho rugs down the aisle? Is it an intimate candle lit dinner with your closest family and friends or is it the biggest dance party you can imagine?
I promise whatever it is, we can make it your own. I’m Laurie Whitney-Lawrence, owner and wedding coordinator at Arch at the Meadow. I specialize in unique weddings that bring the bride and grooms vision to life. When my staff and I think outside the box the possibilities become endless.
My goal for your wedding is to make it uniquely you while giving you and your guests a night to be forever remembered. I always tell my clients, “don’t miss the marriage for the wedding,” but we sure can make your day one to remember.
The Hangar
The Hangar at Arch at the Meadow was built in 1987 to be just that: a hangar to five taildragger planes. In 2014, it became the location of our daughter's wedding. She was looking for an outdoor ceremony space but nothing seemed to fit. From then on each ceremony we've hosted in the hangar has been unique. From the different lighting options on the ceiling to the personalized aisle options on the floor we transform the hangar to bring each couple’s vision to life.
The Tent
Custom created by the Sperry Tent team, our 106'x46' sailcloth tent creates a perfect location for a reception whatever the weather may be. Because of its size, we are able to accommodate large weddings with 200+ guests, yet are easily able to create an intimate environment because of the layout. Couples typically choose to have their cocktail hour outdoors weather permitting, but if need be it is easily moved under The Tent which is in close proximity to our bar. The Tent’s floor is stamped concrete which is designed to be functional and elegant. Your celebration under our Sperry tent will create a lasting memory.
The Bar
Our crafted bar designed by Steven Sperry, the original sailcloth tent maker, was built to match the feel of our sailcloth tent. One of our favorite things about The Bar is that it creates its own environment while still being next to the celebration. It hosts a custom full bar by The Bartending Service of New England who often create specialty signature cocktails to personalize your wedding.
Luxury Bathrooms
Our luxury bathrooms located between The Hangar and The Tent offer fully functioning amenities. The mens, ladies, and family restrooms are all handicap accessible. They offer a climate controlled environment complete with music.

The Hangar is where many couples have chosen to get married. We handle all set up and break down of chairs, decor, lighting, and any additional request.

The Tent is a 106’ x 46’ sailcloth Sperry tent complete with wooden poles and a stamped concrete floor. We handle all set up and break down of tables, chairs, and decor, customized to your vision.

It hosts a custom full bar by The Bartending Service of New England who often create specialty signature cocktails to personalize your wedding.

Our luxury bathrooms located between The Hangar and The Tent offer fully functioning amenities. The mens, ladies, and family restrooms are all handicap accessible. They offer a climate controlled environment complete with music.

A 200 sq. ft. private waiting area.

Our designated cocktail hour area is on the lawn between The Hangar and The Tent. High top tables with linens and center pieces, bistro tables with chairs, and yard game set up if desired. Alternatively, cocktail hour can be held in The Hangar or The Tent.

We have a parking lot along with parking attendants. There is also a specified transportation drop off area for buses.
